For reasons of safety and coordination, only forwarding agencies authorized by Deutsche Messe are permitted to use cranes, power-driven forklifts with an operator's seat, forklift trucks, electric stand up or sit down high-lift trucks, and similar material handling equipment on the exhibition grounds.

- Handling of exhibits from the road vehicle to the stand (including processing, installation and repositioning of machines at the positions marked on the exhibitor's layout plan or stated by the exhibitor) and, after the
trade fair, removal from the stand to the road vehicle as well as delivery of express and air consignments (for details see Conditions for Participation item 14a). - Use of cranes for erecting and dismantling machines (for details see item 14a).
- Forwarding agents' charges for clearance of consignments during erection and dismantling (for details see item 14a).
- Charges for customs formalities undertaken for the temporary admission of trade fair goods to the trade fair grounds.

Delivery of goods and materials:
Starting on the first day of the set-up period, all vehicles delivering goods and materials - with the exception of passenger cars, station wagons and car with trailer - may enter the Exhibition Grounds only after first registering at the Truck Checkpoint (“LKW-Leitstelle“), parking West 45 (SATNAV: 30521 Hannover Europaallee). As vehicles arrive, they will receive a go-ahead to proceed to their particular hall of destination.
Removal of goods and materials:
All Vehicles - with the exception of passenger cars, station wagons and car with trailer- will need a go-ahead from the Truck Checkpoint (“LKW Leitstelle“), parking West 45 (SATNAV: 30521 Hannover, Europaallee) before proceeding to their particular hall of destination
