Permits to park for the duration of the event.Save time and nerves: park close to the exhibition site in a special lot for vans. It's easy and simple: buy the parking permits until day one of the event. No need to pay each time. Besides, you can drive in and out every day, as often times as you wish.
For vehicles up to 2.8 t maximum total weight.
A van typically includes the following types of vehicles:
DB Sprinter, VW Crafter, Ford Transit, Fiat Ducato, Opel Movano, Citroen Jumper,
Peugeot Boxer, VW T4/T5/T6 with a long wheelbase.
For duration of event for the following car parks:

Parking facilities are operated from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during the event.
Purchase order terms for category Parking permits
Paid parking is available on the perimeter of the Exhibition Grounds during the event. The use of these parking lots and parking structures is at your own risk. You can order extra parking permits, as required. The agency which operates the parking facilities on behalf of Deutsche Messe is GfV (Gesellschaft für Verkehrsförderung).
Be sure to display your full-event parking permit visibly on the inside of your windshield (windscreen).
Many of our outdoor parking facilities and all of our parking structures are equipped with mechanical exit gates. To leave the car park (to open the exit barrier) please use the QR code which you can find at your exhibitor long-term parking permit (in the top right-hand corner).This authorizes the repeated opening of the exit barrier. Long-term parking permits will be sent to exhibitors by delivery note up to 14 days before the start of the event. Long-term parking tickets can then be picked up directly from the Exhibitor Service Center (ASC) against appropriate legitimation. After this time, you can pick up your full-event parking permits directly at Exhibitor service center (ASC) upon presentation of appropriate authorization.
If it turns out that you do not need all of your full-event parking permits, you can return them to GfV for a refund, but the last day to do this is September 21, 2025 (the last day of setup).
Please use form "Special parking permits" to order any parking permits for caravans (RVs) or mobile homes.
It is also possible to order additional full-event car parking permits over and above your
entitlement to these.

Validity
Deutsche Messe operates the parking facilities shown on the attached map through the offices of GfV. Full-event parking permits issued by GfV are not valid at the following independently run car parks: "Ost 3" and "Süd / Dr. Laves / Wald".
Exhibition parking facilities are segregated by vehicle type, for example, passenger cars, buses, trucks, or mobile homes and caravans (RVs). Please be sure to use the right car park(s) for your category of vehicle.
No advertising
It is not allowed to leave/park trucks, mobile homes or vehicles with advertising structures on the parking areas designated for cars. Vehicles that do not comply with this regulation will be towed away at the owner's expense.
Pricing terms for category Parking permits
Unless otherwise stated, prices are net prices plus statutory VAT.
Only the prices shown on the order form or order screen on the day of the order apply. These are also listed in the confirmation of receipt of the order, which the exhibitor automatically receives immediately after placing his order.
Invoicing of full-event car parking permits is based on the number of permits issued to you, minus your free contingent (determined on the basis of your ultimate stand area) and any unused permits returned to us on time. The resulting balance is offset against your guarantee payment.
Invoices for special parking permits are issued by Deutsche Messe according to the number of special permits ordered.
Invoices for the caravan site will be issued directly by GfV.
