Tickets EMO Hannover Evening

The exhibitors’ party of EMO 2025 will take place on 25.09. from 18:30 in the Munich hall.

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase order of tickets (free of charge) to the EMO 2025 Exhibitor Evening, which is to be held on September 25, 2025 at the Munich Hall restaurant at the Hannover Exhibition Center.
2. All tickets can be ordered only by EMO Hannover 2025 exhibitors. Exhibitors place orders (i.e. make offers for conclusion of ticket purchase contracts) by specifying the quantity of tickets required and clicking on the "order" button. Up to 4 tickets can be ordered free of charge. If you need any additional tickets please contact us via e-mail. Once an order has been submitted, the exhibitor will receive an order confirmation. It is at this point that a ticket sale and purchase agreement is formed between the exhibitor and Deutsche Messe AG.
3. Tickets will be available for collection at the hall inspection on site at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds starting from September 20 to September 24, 2025.
   Collection times: 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
   Tickets will not be sent by mail; they must be collected. Please show your exhibitor pass as identification.
4. Tickets can be returned. Any tickets that have not been picked up at the hall inspection will be handed out to other Exhibitors.
5. The ordering and sale of all tickets is subject to availability. After the number of tickets available have been sold, no further tickets may be ordered.
6. The acquisition of tickets for the purpose of re-sale is prohibited.
7. These Terms and Conditions and any contract concluded on the basis of them are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (UN CISG) is hereby expressly excluded. The sole legal venue and place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in relation to these Terms and Conditions and any contract concluded on the basis of them is Hannover, Germany. The Deutsche Messe Conditions for Participation in EMO Hannover 2025 supplement and form part of these Terms and Conditions and any contract concluded on the basis thereof.
