Basic cleaning
The stand is thoroughly cleaned on the day before the trade fair begins. 

Cleaning service
Daily cleaning during the event in the evening: floor care and cleaning of stand furnishings (excluding glass/exhibits) as well as daily wastepaper collection.

Daily trash pick-up
You will receive an 80-liter bag each for recyclable and residual waste - we will take care of the disposal. At the end of each day, please put the wastebasket provided with your stand along the front aisle for pick­up during the night. Please note that disposal of trash in excess of normal amounts is subject to a surcharge. Additional services above and beyond the scope of services provided by EMO Package can also be ordered at extra cost via the SHOP from Deutsche Messe. 

Catering
Coffee & tea
Coffee maker and an electric kettle, ground coffee and a selection of teas, cream/milk for coffee, coffee filters, sugar, disposable cups, teaspoons, nine liters of noncarbonated water.
Notice of compliance with the regulations on food and hygiene: The law forbids use of water from sanitary facilities to clean and/or prepare food or drinks. You may order drinking water via our online service shop. 

Cookies/pastries, mineral water
Selection of cookies/pastries, 24 x 1 liter bottles of mineral water.

Insurance
An insurance policy covers any damage incurred by the EMO Package stand and fixtures/furnishings, provided to the exhibitor, during the rental term. It covers natural events, fire and water damage, burglary, theft, loss, vandalism, malicious damage, and breakage. Deutsche Messe has negotiated the terms of this insurance policy for EMO Packages with the insurer, Landschaftliche Brandkasse, Hannover. Exhibitors may request a copy of this policy.
This policy excludes damage to paintwork, surface scratches, or marks, and any consequential damage incurred by the exhibitor from loss of or damage to the EMO Package stand and fixtures/furnishings provided. This policy also excludes any damage that arises from culpable acts by the exhibitor and/or his staff. The exhibitor shall be liable for damage that occurs, during the rental term, to other items provided that are not a part of the EMO Package stand and fixtures/furnishings, and shall bear the costs to restore these to their original condition at the time of rental.
This insurance policy does not cover exhibits or any other items brought or rented by the exhibitor. We therefore recommend that exhibitors take out a supplementary policy through Deutsche Messe's online service shop to cover such items.

If, after the exhibitor has already submitted his binding order or the contract has already been concluded, Deutsche Messe exceptionally grants cancellation at the lessee's instigation, the lessee shall be obliged to pay a flat cancellation fee. The level of this cancellation fee depends on the time the written cancellation is received by Deutsche Messe as well as on the contractual sum, as follows:

• four months before opening of the trade fair or earlier: 10 % of the contractual sum;
• later than four but not less than three months before opening of the trade fair: 25 % of the contractual sum;
• later than three but not less than two months before opening of the trade fair: 50 % of the contractual sum;
• later than two months before the first day of the trade fair: 100 % of the contractual sum.
