Exhibitors must submit drawings of their stand designs (dimensioned floor plans, elevations, stand design, and machinery placement) to the General Commissariat.

EMO packages and rental system stands are excluded.

We recommend early submission of your stand construction concept for plan approval and machine installation before the order deadline. 

The deadline for submitting your booth design is 28.07.2025.

Following approval, drawings will be returned with notations of any required modifications, which are to be implemented when setting up the stand.
