These services shall not be rendered by Deutsche Messe AG (hereinafter "DMAG"), but instead by VDW (German Machine Tools Association), subject to the purchase order terms of VDW. DMAG shall include these services in the invoice for the event, billed in the name of and on behalf of VDW.

Exhibitor passes give your employees convenient and fast access to your trade show booth.
As an exhibitor, you receive a free digital contingent of exhibitor passes subject to registration. The number of these passes depends on the confirmed stand area.

The Climate Ticket – Your Sustainable Journey to the Trade Fair
Deutsche Messe AG is making a strong commitment to sustainable mobility: With the Climate Ticket, all exhibitors and visitors benefit from a convenient and eco-friendly journey to the trade fair!
What is the Climate Ticket?
With a valid exhibitor pass, you automatically receive free access to all public transport (2nd class) in the entire ÜSTRA fare zones (Zones ABC) from 21.09.2025 - 26.09.2025 – valid throughout your trade fair visit and until 5 AM the following day. On the day of their visit, your guests can use all public transport (2nd class) in the entire ÜSTRA fare zone (Zones ABC) free of charge.

Purchase order terms for category Exhibitor Passes
General
Exhibitor passes permit the stand personnel free access to the stands. Holders of passes are authorized to enter the halls between 7.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. In addition to the free allotment, it is possible to order additional digital exhibitor passes that require registration.
Quota of free passes
The quota of free passes for the main exhibitor is based on the confirmed basic stand area as indicated below.

Two free exhibitor passes are provided for each co-exhibitor, irrespective of the stand area
Quota of free passes for group pavilions and special events
Special regulations affecting the quota of free exhibitor passes may apply to exhibitors
participating in group pavilions or special events. Please check the terms and conditions
pertaining to your type of participation and / or contact the project manager for your
group pavilion or special event.
Areas not considered
The area of service and office rooms is not added to the basic stand area.
In the event of a subsequent stand reduction, the basic stand area valid at the time of the invoice period will be used to calculate the free quota. Any passes received in excess of this will be invoiced. In the event of a subsequent stand enlargement, the additional passes to which you are entitled free of charge will automatically be made available in the Shop.
Exhibitor passes available to you for participation cancelled at a later date will become invalid and no longer authorize you to enter the event site.
You can access your exhibitor passes via the TICKET MANAGEMENT in the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC).

Pricing terms for category Exhibitor Passes
Invoicing for exhibitor passes is based on the number of exhibitor passes used, minus your quota of free passes based on the ultimate amount of stand space occupied. The exhibitor passes will be charged for with the warranty amount.
It is expressly prohibited to use exhibitor passes for private purposes or to turn them over to outside parties.
Prices, unless specified otherwise, are net prices in euros and subject to German VAT.
